Well known for their secrecy Bungie have revealed almost nothing about Halo 3, beyond a short teaser trailer which shows Master Chief back on Earth with a huge Covenant fleet hovering above what looks like a massive Forerunner weapon. Cortanna is also featured, repeating, apparently at the behest of the Flood entity Gravemind, some ominous sounding comments about the end of the world. Beyond confirming that the trailer takes place on a Covenant controlled Earth (apparently the same area of Kenya from Halo 2) little else can be discerned about the game at the moment – except that the graphics look absolutely fantastic.
